Renntag Racing gains another racer !

Congrats to Matt for earning his comp license this past weekend at Summit Point Raceway. He performed all stages of the evaluation process flawlessly earning a provisional license. All newbie drivers have to start at the back of the pack for their first race and Matt took the challenge head on earning 13 spots and turning respectable times that should make him very competitive in class for our last 4 races of 2008.

Let it be known that just before Sunday's race we discovered a bushing was missing from a rear upper control arm, explaining the unusual handling of the #72 CMC Mustang. Matt was able to drive around this problem and garner a 4th place finish ! Stellar performance for a first race. Great job Matt !
